Soft Baby by Solara ships orders from Queensland, Australia.
We currently ship within Australia only.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Rates 

Free Shipping – Orders Over $75

Orders totalling $75 or more (after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.

Standard Shipping – $9.95

For orders under $60, a flat rate of $9.95 applies.
Estimated delivery time is 2–8 business days, depending on your location (metro or regional).


Delivery Times

We use Australia Post as our carrier.
Delivery timeframes may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, and regional or remote locations.
These delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier.


Warm Weather Notice

Soft Baby is made with natural oils and butters.
During warmer months, the balm may soften slightly during transit.
This does not affect the quality of the product. If this occurs, simply place your balm in a cool area or the refrigerator for a short time to re-firm.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are unable to refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

We will assist you in lodging an investigation with the carrier.
