Use your Soft Baby balm consistently for up to 30 days.
If your skin doesn’t feel calmer, smoother, and more nourished, please reach out — we’ll make it right.
Conditions of the Glow Guarantee:
Applies within 30 days of delivery
Limited to one tin per customer
Product must be at least 50% unused
The tin must be returned to us
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Limited to one Glow Guarantee claim per customer
Refunds apply to the price paid by the customer (original shipping costs are non-refundable
Once we receive and inspect the returned tin, we will process your refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened or used outside of the Glow Guarantee.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
